This license governs your use of the game Gridlock ("the Game") provided by Wavelet Solutions ("the Company"). By accessing and playing the Game, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Grant of License
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Game or its source code.
- You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game to any third party.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game.
- You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
3. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. The Company and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this license at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy any copies in your possession.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this license shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Iowa, United States.
